Greetings to Resilites,
I am proud to announce the relaunch of our inhouse magazine ‘RESILITE’ in its new avatar ‘e-Resilite’ on this Resil Day, 14 February 2020.
To recall, ‘Resilite’ has served as a distinct and admired platform that connects insiders working in our various locations and helps them share personal and professional experiences with the others here. It also offers an interactive space to discuss ideas on what could make Resil even better.
Resil, as you are aware, is poised for incredible growth. By utilising our current strengths and growing market opportunities in India, Bangladesh and the rest of the Globe, we aim to cross $10 million in the next few years. It is simply possible with the right strategies, commitment and focus.
I do believe, Team Resil holds the necessary skills and passion to touch this ambitious target, while retaining the essence of what makes this organisation a respected and people friendly workplace.
In the ambitious journey forward, we must remember to carry with us the values nurtured over the last three decades. Integrity, honesty, passion for excellence, commitment to reach targets, teamwork and collaborative environment are some of those values which we love and continue to cherish at Resil.
