We are excited to announce a new Recognition Program for employees namely, Spot Award.

The purpose of this program is to recognise special contributions and innovative ways of completing a task or job which in turn brings in qualitative or quantitative outcome in a shorter schedule than expected. Under this non-monetary award program, employee excellence can be rewarded resulting in employee motivation.

A Spot Award lets employees know that someone has noticed their noteworthy contribution.

Now when you see someone exhibiting our values, being creative, authentic, passionate, accountable, delivering great performance or a great result, you can appreciate them by nominating them for the monthly Spot Award program. Self-nomination is also welcome.

 A selection committee headed by HR will review the nomination and spot reward the employee during monthly events.
